Submission Site Opens 4 June 2024!
IMS2024 is announcing a Postdeadline Paper Session that will be a major new feature and technical highlight of the conference. This is a prime opportunity to submit your best, late-breaking results and innovations for consideration for inclusion in the symposium program. Postdeadline papers will follow the same submission and review criteria as regular contributed papers to IMS2024. They should describe new and significant material in rapidly advancing areas of the various IMS technical fields. A limited number of Postdeadline papers will be selected for presentation, and only those judged to be truly outstanding and compelling in their timeliness will be accepted. The Postdeadline Paper Session will take place immediately prior to the Closing Session on Thursday, 20 June 2024 at 13:30. Each Postdeadline paper presentation will be 12 minutes in duration with a 3-minute Q&A period.
Please note you must be registered for IMS to submit a paper to the PostDeadline submission site. Due to the short time frame between submission and presentation it is advised that you have your final paper (non double blind version) and slides completed and ready prior to your arrival in Washington, DC for IMS2024.
Key Dates for the Postdeadline Paper Session:
Tuesday, 4 June 2024 – Postdeadline submission site opens
Wednesday, 12 June 2024 – Deadline for Postdeadline paper submissions
Monday, 17 June 2024 – Authors notified about review outcomes
Tuesday, 18 June 2024 – Deadline for submission of final versions of paper, copyright form, and presentation materials.
Thursday, 20 June 2024 – Postdeadline paper session
